Very impressed with this place. We checked in late and they were very accommodating. Sent a text message with all details on how to access our key into our room. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just what we needed after a long day. Good water pressure in the shower.

We loved our stay at Browns Plains Motor Inn. We wished we could stay longer. It will be on my favourite list for my next visit to the area. Very convenient, comfortable and affordable

Booked this motel for our Brisbane trip after Stuart gave us a good rate over the phone, and I’m glad we did. From the moment we arrived, Stuart, Jordy and the rest of the crew were welcoming and genuinely helpful — that classic customer service you really notice when you’re away from home. Our double room was a pleasant surprise — spacious and well set out, with a kitchenette that had everything we needed (plates, cookware, fridge, dining table, sofa and TVs). It made the stay feel more homely than your standard motel, and everything was spotless thanks to the team’s attention to detail. If we ran short of anything, the staff were quick to sort it out without fuss. The air-con worked a treat — a lifesaver when you’ve come up from the cooler south coast to Brissy’s heat. They even fixed the cooktop while we were out, and had everything tidy by the time we got back. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a big difference. The property itself has some handy extras too — a neat little pool out front for a quick dip, and a laundry facility close to reception which was convenient. The only drawback was the loud music from a nearby club that carried straight through the walls at night, making it hard to get a proper sleep. All in all, though, this motel delivered more than we expected. Clean, comfortable and well looked after, with staff who genuinely care — a solid choice for anyone heading up this way.

Motel is fairly easy to find and parking on site is excellent and high enough to accommodate high 4WD vehicles easily. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and well maintained. Small hot plate, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as a good sized bar fridge with small freezer. East access to freeway. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend ringing Motel to book rather than online. We would definitely stay again!

OMG the most beautiful people that own this amazing motel really take pride in there motel, i have never been to a motel that is well maintained and taken care of. This place is outstanding and worth every cent of your stay. We had to stay here while my husbands grandmother was very sick and sadly we lost her 💔 the owners where so compassionate and caring and extended our stay with them with no hesitations at all. I would highly recommend you stay here as it's clean everywhere including carpets,bathrooms windows, everywhere no matter where you look it's clean the owners and the staff are passionate about keeping this place looking Clean & fresh you will not regret your stay when you stay with this place

This place is immaculate. Its simple and exactly what you need in a stay away from home. The staff are the best I've come across in a long time, they know how to talk to you like a real person, not just together your money. Thankyou Stuart and staff for looking g after me when I needed a home away from home. You all delivered on exceptional service in every way. U will be back to get away one weekend as it was just so peaceful . Thanks so very much

My husband & I had a wonderful stay at the "Browns Plains Motel Inn". The reception was very welcoming & helpful. The room was clean, comfortable & the shower was nice and hot. It's so close to everything, we walked to the Greenbank RSL for dinner. Great place, & we would highly recommend "The Browns Plains Motel Inn" to family & friends.
